The Heritage Collection

Three residences, built to order.

The Heritage Collection at Montreux offers three home plans by Dale Cox Architects, each built to order on an estate homesite in a private, gated golf community in Reno, Nevada. Living areas run from 3,684 to 5,032 square feet, every plan is offered in three exterior concepts, A, B and C, and every home is finished to its owner's selections.

What all three share

Mountain modern design, primarily single-level living, vaulted beam ceilings, open floor plans, in-suite guest suites, and oversized garages sized for golf carts and mountain gear.

The architect

Dale Cox Architects drew all three plans. The firm was the original architect for the Yellowstone Club's Warren Miller Lodge and has been involved in the design of over 70 lakeshore homes.

How a home is built to order

  1. I

    Select Your Homesite

Tour the remaining parcels privately with our advisors and reserve the site that best fits your vision, from three-quarter acre golf-frontage lots to one-acre Sierra view retreats.

  2. II

    Choose Your Architecture

Begin with one of three Dale Cox-drawn floor plans, then tailor the finishes to the way you live. A guest suite or an RV garage can be added.

  3. III

    Curate Materials & Finishes

Meet with our design team to select stone, timber, cabinetry, hardware, doors and lighting from our curated palette, or bring your own.

  4. IV

    Build & Deliver

A single project lead and walk-throughs at every stage.
